How do I list a parking spot?
Download Parkbello, link your bank account, enter your address, upload a few photos, set availability and rules, then publish. After an ownership verification, your space will be ready for booking.
What kinds of spots can I list?
Driveways, garages, assigned apartment spaces, carports, and gated spots are all welcome. Just make sure you’re allowed to rent the space (HOA/lease/city rules).
How do I set my price?
Choose hourly and daily rates. You can adjust your rates anytime!
When and how do I get paid?
Earnings are automatically sent to your connected payout account by Stripe. Payout timing depends on your bank and Stripe's processing times, but you’ll see your status in Stripe account right in the app.
What fees does Parkbello charge?
We keep fees simple and shown upfront before you publish. No hidden add-ons—what you see in the dashboard is what you earn. There is a mandatory 3.5% transaction fee on all parking sessions. You can enjoy 0% application fees through December 31, 2025!
Can I pause or choose specific days of the week?
Yes! Toggle your listing off or block specific days anytime — full control from your phone.
Can I set house rules (e.g., “no overnight,” “don’t block garage”)?
Absolutely. Add rules and instructions; drivers must agree before booking.
Can I track my earnings and bookings?
Yes — view real-time earnings and booking history in your Spots > My Spot Details tab.
Will I get notifications?
You’ll receive notifications for new bookings and departures.
